At SodaStream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sparkling water experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely attach it to your original SodaStream packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all CO2 cylinders are handled according to the safety instructions provided.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
